Arthur Becker is known in celebrity gossip circles for having been married to New York fashion designer Vera Wang. In the business world, he may be best known for having founded and headed several different technology service and investment companies. These have included NaviSite, which he sold to Time Warner in 2011. Some of the more culturally-attuned people in New York may even be aware of his artistic endeavors. His origami creations and other works have even been shown at Morgan Walker Fine Art in New York. Lesser known, however, may be his interest in real estate. More details can be found on Ideamensch.

It was his interest in diversifying into real estate that was partly responsible for him becoming a key player in Madison Partners, LLC., which is an investment company focused on real estate and biotech companies. Following his sale of NaviSite in 2011, he began investing in condominium development in New York City and Miami. Along these lines, he recently acquired three townhouses on Sullivan Street in Soho. He plans to live in one of them and will sell or lease the others. The townhouses were not complete at the time of their acquisition but now stand four stories high and are an impressive 6,500 square feet.

In an article on Huffington Post, Arthur Becker is also building a small luxury condominium development in the Tribeca Area of New York City. The plan here is for a building that will include eight condominiums, which he hopes to sell at a handsome profit. There are other development projects he also has in the works near this location.

He is building up his real estate holdings as part of a diversification strategy while continuing to invest in technology companies. In this latter endeavor, his years of experience have given him keen insight into spotting those management teams that are poised to bring their companies to greater heights. He then helps them with the capital that they need to grow while at the same time helping his partners make money. Arthur Becker has succeeded wildly as a technology mogul and is now in the process of taking the real estate world by storm.
