James Dondero is both the president and co-founder of Highland Capital Management. The asset management firm is based in Dallas, Texas. They have joined up with Linda Owen, the previous president of The Woodall Rodgers Park Foundation and a well known philanthropic leader.
The idea is to provide a strategic direction as the firms charitable and philanthropic programs are expanding. Linda will take the position of the charitable giving manager for the firm.
